WAYS TO GIVE

Hardy Elementary is a vibrant, diverse community of students, parents, and teachers. Every year, we ask families and local businesses to be a part of the Hardy experience by supporting the PTA’s efforts to give children the best elementary experience possible. You can be a part of enriching the lives of over 350 local children by directly supporting Hardy Elementary, and in return, we will advertise your business to our Hardy community.

Last year, local businesses donated almost $5,000 to Hardy Elementary. These sponsors either made cash donations, or provided promotional items and products or gift cards. As a direct result of this outpouring of support, the PTA was able to fund field trips, physical education, dance classes, purchased school supplies and supported many other events that enriched the lives of these students. As you can see, your business can make a huge impact on these young learners!

A new school year is starting, and we are asking for your generous support and partnership to make this another successful year. Along with donations from Hardy families, your donation is greatly appreciated! We ask that you consider giving at one of the levels described below. Each level of giving includes the recognition associated with all levels preceding it.

$200 Hardy Friend - Recognition on our “friends of Hardy Elementary” bulletin board on campus, as well as your company's logo showcased in the following month’s monthly newsletter (seen by over 400 families).

$500 Hardy Spirit - Quarter-page business ad in the yearbook, plus Hardy Friend recognition.

$1,000 Hardy Pride - Your logo and website featured in status updates on our Facebook page throughout the 2015-2016 school year, plus recognition on our “friends of Hardy Elementary” bulletin board on campus, as well as your company's logo showcased in all of Hardy’s monthly newsletter (seen by over 400 families). You will also receive a quarter-page business ad in the yearbook.

$1,500 Hardy Owl - The Hardy Owl donation level is an opportunity for your business to make one contribution that will apply to all Hardy events for the 2015-2016 school year. You will be recognized on event sponsorship signage for all Hardy events as well as a sponsor booth at Hardy’s Fall Carnival, attended by over 500 people in our community.
